how to upload signature picture/banner

i just finished a cool banner! problem, for some reason my imgur link ain't working. is there any other way to have a picture sig show on the forum? or like, how do i get the system to show my banner?

Hey! Number one tip would be to make sure the link you're using ends in the file type [.png, .gif, etc.]

If you're using Imgur, you can click on my images [bottom choice on drop down menu from profile], click the photo you want, and there will be a bunch of links to the right hand side. You can either click the image icon in the text editor and paste the direct link, or you can just outright paste the BBCode link into the signature text box.
