can't create a new album

I wanna create a new photo album but even after I got new attatchment space, even when i try to upload pics, with the selection of create a new album, I get stuck with the message  "select an image to upload even after i uploaded images ( although it didn't show the pictures which makes no sense either)
I tried using both firefox and chrome and nothing has worked. Is this a glitch?

The same thing is happening to me! i can't post photos in albums OR on the forums! It is a glitch! The mods   
really need to fix this! Its been MONTHS since i have been able to post photos!! I was just about to contact a mod for the very same glitch! I also posted a question about it in the forums many people gave suggestions but nothing worked and the post was locked after 10 days
