Limitations to posting Art Threads

| Hey everyone! Karma here. c:

| I just wanna impose a new rule to posting threads. Dw guys, it's not too serious and this is because of increasing volume of Art threads.

Effective today, All Users are only allowed 2 [separate] Art Threads per day. Note that this only applies to the My Arts sector.

Any user that exceeds more than 2 pending posts will have only the first 2 approved. This rule is implemented to make way to showcase threads from other users.

Karma and I agreed on this, this is just to prevent clutter so that everyone has a chance to be on the front page.

Ooo nice new rules Karmie, and I'm sure we understand, Idk why this had to be approved you're one of the mods of the section, but meh, anyways, I'm sure we all will do our best to inforce these new rules. <3
