This isn't too big, so this may be something that is just a warning, but Lily was not being nice to Kate Waterbreath as shown in what is pictured. It is shown that she had asked Lily to stop once and she continued until the next time she was asked to stop. She had been sitting in Havendish for a while and then just randomly started being rude to Kate.
