Whenever I try to select hair styles or any specific item it won't let me and I'm not sure if its just my laptop or something with the game, plz respond and lemme know what I could do to fix this.

1. what web browser are you using? don't try it on mobile or tablet, the hollow wasn't built on it.
2. you were logged in, character made & all, right?
3. both pc and mac can work, how old is your laptop?
4. 1.0 or 2.0?
