Need help with issue in 2.0

Hi-

I’m having an issue where I am unable to access the “create a fairy” feature in 2.0

It just shows a blank screen next to the existing character I have. I only have one so far and I was told I can create up to 6

Unfortunately, 2.0 is very glitchy and apparently one of the new glitches that seems to be going around is not being able to create a new fairy. From what I have seen there is no way tor rectify the glitch except to have another account.
